At Bhinder Mart, every product is handcrafted with love and care. Since our items are handmade, slight variations in color, texture, or design are natural and make each piece unique. However, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

• Item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the handmade nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned:

• Customized or personalized products.

• Items purchased on sale/discount.

• Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling.

3. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same product, please contact us.

5. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

• In case of defective/damaged products, we will cover the return shipping cost.
